So you want to be a consignor? Here is a little information about our sale.
We have two sales a year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. Due to limitations on space, we will ONLY allow up to 500 consignors each sale. We will ONLY accept Spring & Summer items for the spring sale and Fall and Winter items for the Fall sale (Blue Jeans are always accepted).
Sellers receive 70% of their proceeds with the remaining 30% supporting our children’s ministries. Sellers do pay a $5 consignor fee each sale. This amount is deducted from the final paycheck at the end of the sale and is not due up front.

Registration: Registration is usually 4-6 weeks before the public sale date. You should get an email that the date is coming up and by following us on Facebook. If you are a new consignor, you can not sign up for a new consignor number until the registration opens. You will be given a consignor number. This will be your number for as long as you continue to contribute with our sale so make sure to make a note of it somewhere. If you do not know what your number is, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration fills up VERY quickly. We open registration at 1:00pm and we usually fill up within the hour. If you would like to have a better chance of becoming a consignor, you can volunteer for 2 or more hours. Once you have registered, go to Consignor Tips to see how you are suppose to tag your items. We WILL NOT accept items which are not tagged correctly.
Items will need to be dropped off during the hours of receiving. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday morning drop-off is by appointment only. Make sure to sign up for a drop off time HERE. If you miss your drop-off time or do not schedule one, you can still drop off. However, those with appointments have first priority and you may have to wait. Tuesday afternoon after 4pm is open drop-off; no appointment is necessary. Thursday is Second Chance Drop off. Consignors who registered during Volunteer or Open registration can drop off any items they did not have ready during Sunday – Tuesday drop off. However you cannot use this day as your only drop off. If you registered as a second chance consignor, you must drop off this day.
- We are very diligent in our inspection process, please make sure to read “What we accept” we do not want you to spend time tagging items that we will not accept.
- If you are DONATING all of your items, please let the check in person know, so that they can give you a special pass to shop at 3:30 on Thursday (see below for additional information). Also, if you donate all your unsold items and allow us to mail your check, we will give you a $5.00 Gift Certificate good for the next sale.
At drop off, consignors will receive one consignor pass to shop the consignor sale on Thursday at 4:00pm. Only ONE person is allowed to shop at that time and absolutely no children of any age can shop at 4pm. You will receive one guest pass to give to family or a friend, guest must be 10 years or older. Guest can shop at 7:00pm.
We are offering any consignor who would like put DONATE on all of their items the opportunity to shop 30 minutes before consignor shopping starts. Here are the guidelines you must follow.
• Must have DONATE written in the top right hand corner of the tags on ALL items. (we realize that you may have a few high ticket items that you would like back. You can come at 1:30pm on Saturday during 50% off and get up to 3 items that you would like back. You must find your own items and go through the checkout line to take them home).
• You MUST let the person who is checking you in during drop off know that you plan to donate everything, so that our check in crew will check your items to make sure they say donate. You will be given a special pass to get in at 3:30 on Thursday to shop. This will admit one person, and ABSOLUTELY no entry without the pass. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the pass before you leave drop off. If you do not have the pass, no passes will be given after you leave.
Pick up and pay is SATURDAY from 7pm-9pm!! All items not picked up at 9:0o pm will be donated to charity. A charity will be there at 9:00pm SHARP to get the donated items, so please do not call us on Sunday. There is nothing that we can do at that point. We have drive thru pickup. The line will start where you usually drop off. At drop off you will be given a sign with your consignor number on it. Please have it ready to show us in car line. You will get your check and clothes at one stop. If you are donating all of your unsold items and would like to have your check mailed to you, we will include a $5 gift certificate in your check! This saves you time on Saturday night and you get a gift certificate as well!
